Thank you for shopping at Eden Blue Jewellery. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Personalised Items

Due to the personalised nature of our jewellery, customised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
